The movie " Corpus Christi " is due to be released this June to August. It is a disgusting film set to appear in America later this year which depicts Jesus and his disciples as homosexuals! As a play, this has already been in theaters for a while. It's called "Corpus Christi" which means "The Body of Christ". It's a revolting mockery of our Lord. But we Christians can make a difference.

  

That's why I am sending this e-mail to you. If you do send this around, we just might be able to prevent this film from being shown in Canada and America . Let's stand for what we believe and stop the mockery of Jesus Christ. Where do we stand as Christians? I am forwarding this to all I think will respect and appreciate being informed. Please help us prevent such offenses against our Lord. There is no petition to sign, no time limit, or minimum number of people to send this to…It will take you less than 2 minutes!

  

Imagine what would happen if this film were depicting Mohammad in the same way...the Islamic world would be in flames!!. Apparently, some regions in Europe have already successfully banned the film. All we need is a lot of prayer and a lot of e-mails.

My Response:

Horrifying and heartbreaking…but not surprising.  My understanding of the following verses from Romans 1, is that wickedness will lead men to reject Creator God in favor of nature.  This is what we have in our society today with the theory of evilution.  From there, God gives people over to their lusts.  Since the Scopes trial in 1925 when evilution really took off in America, we have seen a steady decline into lustful immorality.  Culminating with the sexual revolution of the 60’s and 70’s.  From there we have slide down into the depths of homosexuality.

Our society has followed the pattern of Romans 1 TO THE LETTER!  Evilution-Lustful sexuality-Homosexuality.  There is only one step left.  Here in Romans it’s laid out in verses 29-31.  But it is also identified in 2^nd Timothy 3, verses 1-9.  It is further evidence that we are in the very last days!  We have progressed beyond evilution and lust and we are on the brink of full-fledged support and celebration of homosexuality.  From there we will start to see more and more as the lost are filled with all kinds of wickedness.  They will wax worse and worse.  The end is upon us, unless God prolongs the days.


BUT, have hope Christians.  For during these dark times remember the promise in Proverbs 4:18 “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”
